How we work
Three steps, one destination
Software Health Scan
from €2,500 · depending on scope
We audit your running software: the code and systems in production today. Not a “where could I apply AI” workshop, but a concrete hunt for real bugs, security risks and overdue maintenance in what you already use.
What you get: A report with concrete, prioritised findings, delivered within ten working days.
After the scan you decide freely. No obligation to continue.
Fix & build
fixed price per quote · based on the findings
The findings become a fixed quote. We repair, rebuild or extend at a price agreed up front, with no after-the-fact billing and no open end.
What you get: A scoped package at a fixed price, delivered and tested.
You approve the quote before anything happens.
The destination
Software under management
from €750 / month per app
This is where it’s heading. The software stays yours; we take over the maintenance. Every issue gets fixed, tested and delivered, and you follow every item on your portal, from report to delivery.
We maintain your business applications, not your devices or office IT.
We stay responsible for the software we manage, rather than hand you a coding tool to run yourself.
What we deliver stays our responsibility. If something doesn’t work as agreed, we put it right, so your team can rely on the software instead of working around it.
Four tiers
Basic
€750 – €1,500 / month
Maintenance, bug fixes and small changes.
Business
€2,000 – €4,000 / month
Everything in Basic, plus priority (P1) on outages, a set number of new features per month, and a quarterly Health Scan.
Critical
Custom
Critical systems with stricter terms. Scope and response times by agreement.
Portfolio
Custom
Three or more apps, managed together. Volume-priced across your portfolio, with a shared quarterly Health Scan.
Management always starts after a Health Scan, so we both know what we’re taking on.
