1. Who we are
SFLOW BV ("we", "us", or "our") is the controller for the personal data processed through this website (sflow.be). We are registered in Belgium under company number BE 0785.972.390, at Polderstraat 37, 2491 Balen-Olmen. You can reach us at florian@sflow.be or +32 473 49 20 81.
2. Data we collect
We process personal data in two situations:
- When you contact us — the details you provide by email, phone, or when you book a call, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message.
- When you visit the site — usage data collected through analytics tools (see section 3), such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you move through the site.
3. Analytics and cookies
To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we use two analytics services that set cookies and collect usage data:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — aggregated statistics on visits and page views.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland) — usage analytics, including heatmaps and anonymised session recordings that show how visitors interact with pages.
We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. How we use your data
- To respond to your questions and provide our services.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
5. Legal basis
We process contact data on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it. We process analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site, and, where required, your consent.
6. Sharing and processors
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, who process it on our behalf: Google (analytics), Microsoft (analytics), Netlify (hosting), and Calendly (call scheduling). If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by Meta (see section 9).
7. Data retention
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the services above.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Request a copy of your data (portability)
- Withdraw consent at any time
